PFF 2021 7v7 Rules (PDF)

At Patriot Flag Football, we believe it is important for our high school athletes to continue to develop their skills in the off season. We will provide spring 7v7 leagues for high school teams to elevate their football training in the off season, and manage their schedules if they already play a spring sport.

7v7 leagues have been paramount to high school's success in other regions of the country. We intend to bring a level of intensity, competition, and fun for off-season training with our high school student athletes. 

We will run a modified 7v7 format, with one hand touch and simple rules to allow our student athletes to strive. We are modeling our 7v7 approach based on the principles used in Lake Travis, Texas, also known as QB-ville, home of Drew Brees, Baker Mayfield and many other NFL superstars.
